Custom Water Jet Cutting
We provide custom waterjet cutting to any company or individual that needs our service. We are equipped with a Techni waterjet with a 6 x 12 foot cutting table. The waterjet uses a unique process which can cut virtually any flat material. We can cut most material up to 6 inches thick. The waterjet pressurizes water to 50,000 psi. The cutting head is mounted to a computer controlled gantry. This allows precision cutting of complex designs for all materials. With this process there is no warping or stressing of the material being cut.
